Defended his Ph.D. thesis entitled ‘Simulation Model for Digital Broadcasting Technologies Efficiency Estimation’ at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade, mentored by Professor Irini Reljin, Ph.D.

Defended his M.Sc. dissertation entitled ‘Asynchronous Transfer Mode Implementation in Digital Satellite Networks’ at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade, in 2000, mentored by Professor Zoran Petrović, Ph.D.

Graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade, in 1995.

Work Experience

2009 – today - ICT College of Vocational Studies, full-time job.

2008 – 2009 - ICT College of Vocational Studies, undergraduate and specialist studies, part-time job.

2004 – 2009 - TeleGroup Ltd. Belgrade. (TeleGroup is a system integrator in the field of ICT which operates in the Western Balkans market. It provides complete ICT solutions, designs; implements and maintains wire and wireless access and transportation networks, private/corporative networks and integrated video surveillance systems.) As a Business Development and Technical Marketing Services Manager, he supported the integration of sophisticated technologies into the company professional services and the introduction of new ideas into business operations. During this period, he occasionally held invited lectures at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Belgrade for the students of senior years (topics: digital television DVB, compression algorithms, WiMAX, multimedia wireless transmission systems).

2002 – 2003 - participated in the EU project on the restructuring of Radio Television of Montenegro, through lectures and staff education in the field of Digital Broadcasting Transition.

2002 – 2004 - worked in RTS – Radio Television of Serbia, as a Project Manager responsible for strategy development and project management for planning and implementation of advanced satellite services, microwave communication network and digital television broadcasting.

2000 – 2002 - worked in B2C2 Incorporated, London (B2C2 Inc. is an American company for the development of new technologies) as a European Technical Support Manager for IP/DVB products, being responsible for technical support to major clients and partners in Europe and providing technical interface towards the development center in America.

1995-2002 - worked in RTS – Radio Television of Serbia, in R&D department, with main assignment – conversion from analogue to digital signal processing and transportation system. As an R&D engineer, he worked on systems for compression, satellite, microwave access and radio relay networks.
