The accounting department is responsible for the material and financial operations of the Academy, namely:

1. It calculates and pays the personal incomes of employees and associates, and issues certificates and income reports if necessary
2. It records the assets of the Academy
3. It invoices the services provided by the Academy, collects receivables and pays liabilities
4. It conducts periodic and annual calculations and compiles reports for the needs of the Academy and Ministries
