 Work Experience 

2020-2021 The member of the Council, Academy of Technical and Art Applied Studies, Belgrade, Serbia. ICT College is the Department within the Academy since 2019. The Council consist of representatives appointed by the Government/Student organisation/teaching staff.

2017-2019 The President of the Council, ICT College, Belgrade, Serbia. The Council consist of representatives appointed by the Government/Student organisation/teaching staff. The Council appoint a director, control strategic decisions, evaluate and approve annual budget, approve directors’ reports.

2012-2015 Director, ICT College, Belgrade, Serbia. ICT College is founded by the Government. Director is responsible for managing business of the College including staff and finance management.

2009-present Professor, ICT College, Belgrade, Serbia. Research subjects: video systems, multimedia networks and communications, product development/management. Support to the Serbian strategy development for DVB-T2 / MPEG-4 AVC system and performed the calculation of the start price for 800 MHz spectrum auction for Ministry of Telecommunications. Mentoring students in numerous final and specialist/master thesis. Member of College Commissions for marketing, for cooperation with the industry, and for quality assurance.

2004-2009         Business Development Manager, TeleGroup d.o.o., Belgrade, Serbia. Business development and introduction of advanced technologies in corporate portfolio including project development for large clients in the Balkan region. The advanced technologies include IP based RR links, MPEG-x encoders, IP based video networks, MPLS, VoIP systems, WiMAX technology. The main focuses of the position were managing projects and develop business for large clients for many different technologies/networks.

2002-2004         Project Manager, RTS – Serbian Broadcasting Corporation, Belgrade, Serbia. Developed strategies and managed projects associated with the planning and implementation of DVB-T terrestrial digital broadcasting within RTS network. The subject of the project was the network using MPEG-2/4 AVC compression system, DVB-T ASI and IP over DVB equipment, radio-relay microwave links, radio-planning with DVB-T propagation model. The final goal of the project was the preparation of tender documentation and procurement of related equipment.

2000-2002         European Technical Support Manager, B2C2 Incorporated, London, UK. The role was to act as technical interface to corporate R&D in the US for new IP/DVB products, supporting and managing major accounts and sales channels in Europe, Middle East and Africa. The role included managing design, installation and maintenance of IP and TV systems. DVB Project representative.

1995-2000         R&D Engineer, RTS – Serbian Broadcasting Corporation, Belgrade, Serbia. Working within the R&D group upgrading RTS analogue communication network to a digital system. Design, installation and maintenance of TV broadcasting equipment including video&audio compression technologies, terrestrial and satellite networks. Key technical role for specifying equipment list for Procurement Department.
