Defended her Ph.D. thesis entitled ‘Market Segmentation Aimed at Improving Market Services in Postal Traffic’ at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering, University of Belgrade, mentored by Professor Dejan Marković, Ph.D.

Defended her M.Sc. dissertation entitled ‘Marketing Concept Usage in Increase of Postal Traffic Efficiency’ at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering, University of Belgrade, in 1996, mentored by Professor Jovo Kovač, Ph.D.

Graduated from the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering, University of Belgrade, in 1988.
