Defended her Ph.D. thesis entitled ‘Linguistic Features and Discourse Analysis of SMS Text Messaging’ at the Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade, in 2016, mentored by professor Vesna Polovina, Ph.D.
Defended her M.A. dissertation entitled ‘Development of Academic Writing Skills in Teaching English for Technical Sciences’ at the Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade, in 2010, mentored by professor Radmila Popović, Ph.D.
Graduated from the Faculty of Philology, Department of English Language and Literature,  University of Belgrade, in 1996.
